Hyriva Apply Assist

Autofill Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday applications from your Application Profile — and automatically learn the answers you type so the next form is faster.

Chrome Web Store listing is in progress. Until “Add to Chrome” is live, download the zip and load it unpacked (steps below). Same account as hyriva.app.

Autofill

Name, email, phone, links, location, work-auth answers, and other Application Profile fields fill on supported ATS pages.

Auto-learn

When you answer extra questions, Hyriva saves them to your account. Next time those questions appear, they fill automatically.

Resume attach

One click attaches your master resume PDF to the page’s file upload — same resume hub as the web app.

How to install

Download the extension

Click Download extension (.zip) above, then unzip it. You should see manifest.json in that folder.

Open Chrome extensions

Go to chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode (top right), click Load unpacked, and select the unzipped folder (the one that contains manifest.json).

Sign in (Sync appears after this)

Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome → pin Hyriva Apply Assist → open it. Sign in with the same email/password as hyriva.app. Sync profile from Hyriva only shows after you’re signed in (bright green button under your email). Sign-in also syncs automatically once.

Apply on a supported ATS page

Prefill works on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday apply forms (URL usually contains greenhouse.io, lever.co, ashbyhq.com, or myworkdayjobs.com). After Sync, open the apply form — fields should fill and a green Hyriva filled N fields banner appears. If empty, click the extension → Fill this page. Company career sites that aren’t those ATS boards won’t autofill yet.

Answers learn automatically

As you type and submit, answers sync to Settings → Application Profile. You can also tap Save answers to Hyriva anytime. On iOS/Android, learning already works inside the in-app Apply browser — no extension needed.
